How to attend a meeting in Second Life®
Second Life accounts and software are free.
Click here to determine if your PC meets the system requirements.

To begin the enrollment process, click here. The Join a Community page displays.

Click Skip This Step. The Second Life Registration: Basic Details page displays.

Type any first name you like in the First name field.

Select a fictitious last name from the Last name drop-down list.

Type your actual birth date in the Enter Your Birthdate section. (Must be 18 or older.)

Type your actual email address in the Enter Your Email Address section. (Required for confirmation.)

Click Continue. The Select an Avatar page displays.

Click the radio button to select your avatar.

Click Choose this avatar. The Welcome [avatar] page displays.

Type your information in the the Welcome [avatar] fields, and then click submit.

Answer additional questions as prompted.
When you complete the enrollment process, Second Life sends you an email message to confirm your information.
While you wait, click here to download and install the Second Life viewer (client software). In addtion, download and install Apple's QuickTime player.
When you receive the email message from Second Life, complete the confirmation process, and then log on using the Second Life viewer.
Initially, your avatar is placed on Orientation Island. Take as much time as you need to become familiar with the environment.
When you arrive in Second Life proper, use the Map or click here to teleport to Tomici 38, 75, 23 .
To join the group, use the Search window to locate FCCUG. In the General window, click Join (L$0) .
To contact the group manager, click Communicate. In the Communicate window, click Tommy Aichi in the Friends list, and then click IM/Call.
